Breaching
Society influences our understanding of the world around us. Everything we do is both understood and interpreted through the lens of social norms. Although most of these norms, called folkways, are not against any rules, the penalties can be severe.
To help you better understand this you and up to two parters will work together to come up with a plan to breach a common folkway. You will be intentional in how you set up this experiment and deliberate in how you record your findings.
Your personal reflection on your experiment, methods, results and interpretations will be recorded as the subject of this week's blog.
